Refund Policy Overview:
At Hassan Couture we strive to provide high quality products and services to our
customers. To maintain our standards and ensure consistency we have implemented a
strict “all sales are final” and no refund policy. This means that the initial $150
consultation deposit applied towards custom garment is nonrefundable. Once agreed to
proceed with purchase, half of the total price of garment must be paid.
At the time of delivery or pickup final installment of payment is to be made. If a customer
does not approve of purchase or is dissatisfied with order, the remaining installment fee is
not required. Lack in satisfaction results in cancellation of order/ garments.
Any fees paid prior to dissatisfaction or cancellation, or order will be nonrefundable.
Custom and personalized items:
All garment adjustments needed will be free of charge if notified within two weeks of
recieivng purchase. If not notified within the allotted period prices may vary according to
personalized purchase.
Customer acknowledgment:
By completing a purchase with Hassan Couture, customer acknowledge and agrees to
refund and return policy.
Shipping and delivery policy:
Concierge delivery upon arrival of garment is available at the convenience of customers
home or office.
Store pickup by appointment only
Shipping turnaround expectations for garments is 4-5 weeks

At Hassan Couture, we strive to provide exceptional service. We regret any inconvenience
you have experienced and are committed to resolving this issue promptly. Please send us
an email with your name and a brief description of the issue. We aim to reach a resolution
as quickly as possible. You can expect an update within 72 hours. We appreciate your
